At Akuwa, we actively choose to not put software on our customers’ computers. Instead, we direct our customers to this web page so that they can load our secure tool themselves. This way, we are able to connect and control users’ desktops and devices without them having to install any software.

To run this program, simply click on the picture of the client. You will be directed to a web page that will prompt you to download the session. Once downloaded, launch the session and call the Akuwa Help Desk so an engineer may connect to your computer and assist you.
